Yikes!

Well, today, my cousin and I were walking in the park, and all of the sudden we see a car driving down the road with two men sitting on the hood of the car, while in motion, smoking cigarettes and drinking beer. Is it just me, or does that seem really really dangerous?

Let's see. Smoking = bad for your lungs. Drinking and Driving = not good in any way shape or form. Danger to yourself, danger to other drivers.
Sorry you had to see that, people can be so stupid.

EDIT: Perhaps I used Drinking and Driving wrong. I said it in terms of really Drinking AND Driving instead of having a drink, getting drunk, then driving. But whatever.

Sounds Pretty Dangerous to me..

Theres a craze here in the UK right now, where teenagers are 'surfing' on cars whilst in motion [standing on the roof, while the cars going at an alarming speed.] Its sad, cause the kids doing it are usually drunk or completely tripping and i think 4 have lost their lives doing it
What posesses people to do these things?

I would've called the cops on 'em.
I know here it's illegal to sit in the back of a truck while it's moving.
Let alone on the hood...one of them could've easily gotton killed.
Then drinking and driving is illegal.
They could've been in a heap of trouble if they were caught.
Not to make it any better, I don't know why people would do that in the first place. They seem to have a lack of common sense.
