Yikes, guess what I get to do?...

The first spontaneous thing in my life. Dh and I have not had a weekend away since the kids were born(we have 3, oldest will be 8 next month). We go on trips and always take the kids, which I love doing. Dh is a pilot, and has a 23 hour layover this weekendin Orange County, Well, MIL has agreed to watch the kids this weekend. sooo instead of flying out there with him late Sat, I'm flying out early Sat(get there by 10 am), spend Sat alone in Disneyland, meet dh at the hotel(paid by the company ) around 10 pm, and the next day we will spend the majority of the day at Disney. I will save all the scary rides for that day as I'm a pretty big wimp when it comes to scary rides. I'm so excited. We went to WDW last Oct as a family and it was a blast. I'm hoping to bring the kids back during their SPring Break(although dh will probably insist on San Diego, since I think he'll be all Disney'd out )
Did I mention I've never been to California before Wish me luck

In four days I will be doing almost the same thing as you! My DH has a convention to attend and we are flying out a day early and are planning to spend the day touring Newport Beach and some other areas along the PCH. The next day, while DH is stuck in his boring old convention, I'll be at Disneyland!
