I know games aren't, but are the controllers bought in the US compatible with my UK bought Wii?

If so, where's the cheapest place to get them. I've seen the remote in Circuit city for $39

Hi There. I do believe controllers and other peripherals will work with any system regardless of what region it is.

Hey Greame. The games and machines are region locked as you say. But US wii controllers and remotes are compatible. Info from avforums.com
