Few questions about tipping...

I have a hair trial with Beaute Speciale the day before my wedding day and my wedding day. Should I tip all the ladies who come...on both days?

DJ?
Officiant?
Mickey!!!???
Organist?

I think that is it for my wedding...am I missing anyone I should tip??

I tipped Beaute Speciale the day before the wedding and at my hair trial. I didn't tip any of the others.
