Yet another question

If we buy now into DVC and our use year is June, when do payments start? Would they start right away? Thanks!

We just bought and closed but my original projected close date was Nov. 8th (from a 9/15 signing date) and my 1st payment is due in December. The 1st payment included about 6 weeks of annual dues I think. My guess is that you have about 6-8 weeks before you start to pay since it seems that closing dates are earlier than the projected date.

they can't start until after closing.

the contract you get will tell you when the payments start.

DVC can use bank draft (you get a discount off your interest rate) - so it is almost painless.
