where do you go and see if there is availability when you are in Disneyland.
i arrive tomorrow but just dont want to plan my trip around making ps. i already have 3 made but would like to get a few more when i know how my time is running

You can go to City Hall, call the dining line (714-781-DINE) or walk up and just see what availability is at the time.

I've never gotten F! tickets but I have heard that they go pretty quickly. You can book one month in advance by calling (714) 781-4400. As for Cafe Orleans, you can just call the Disney dining number like the PP said. I actually called two days ago to rearrange some of my PS's and they still had times available for next week.
