okay... first, "counter service" do you sit at a table or at a counter? or is it just basically no waiter coming to the table?
2nd, can you buy the refillable cups (since they don't come with the DDP)

Counter Service is the equivalent of McDonalds.You stand on line, order your food, and find a table to eat.You can purchase a refillable Mug at your resort,but they are not good for refills anywhere but the resort.
