Yet another Dollar Express question

Hi all

I am on step 7 of the online enrollment form and a little stuck

We always book through Airline Network and obviously always have the platinum fully inclusive package.

my question is do we decline the optional services e.g where it lists LDW, SLI , prepaid fuel or click accept as this is what we have through the package we have booked with Airline Network?

There are also the options of uninsured and underinsured motorist protection and personal accident insurance/personal effects protection???

If any of you who have joined Dollar Express could help me it would be much appreciated
