For Anyone who recently ordered the DDE Card. Can you please tell me how long it took to get the card? I live in Canada, and was wondering if it would take longer to get here. Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Mine took about 2.5 weeks, but I only discovered the card existed a week before my nest WDW visit so they had a temporary card waiting for me at Guest Services at Epcot, so I was able to take advantage of the savings before my actual card came (it was waiting for me when I arrived home from my trip).

What is the Disney Dining Card?

It's a card you can buy (mine was $60, the AP rate) and it gives you 20% off at selected restaurants at WDW. It's good for the cardholder and up to ten guests as long as they are all on the cardholders check.

I am planning a last minute trip. Is it possible to have a card waiting for me by this Monday? I plan to call today and inquire but in the meantime was wondering if anyone knew?

I am pretty sure if you call today they will have a LETTER for you Monday (but maybe not the real card...can't remember) I got my card before our Nov. trip but others said presenting the letter with appropriate ID was sufficient to get dining discounts. I do not think they are open on weekends so be sure to call today!

As understand things, if plans won't permit the card arriving in time, you can get some sort of letter that needs to be "activated" at an Epcot guest relations spot. I know others have done it this way---

FYI you need to be either a florida resident or an AP holder to get the card. (and it is great it is 20% off food and DRINKS :cool1: )
