Are any substitutions allowed for the deserts listed on the menus? Example: Maybe a milshake or fruit instead chocolate cake?

If you want something different, just ask. It's going to be up to the restaurant whether or not they will permit substitutions. The only thing I am sure of is that you will not be permitted to get an appetizer instead of dessert on the basic plan.
