Does anyone know for sure do I have to bring my birth certificate to claim my fun card for my birthday? Will my Drivers License work? Thanks:confused3

Birth certificates are for those that don't have gov't issued photo id, like children. We're leaving today and our DS will turn 13 while we're there. The first thing I packed was his birth certificate along with the registration page where I registered him.

thanks so much!! I didn't really want to bring my birth certificate glad to hear that I can use my DL thanks again.:cool1:

I've heard that kids w/APs don't need anything additional to prove age or date of birth, can anyone confirm that?

In February, my mom and son, both AP holders, did not need to show ID. We're going on Friday for DD's birthday, but I think I'll still bring her passport just in case.

I can confirm that. DD turned 7 on our last trip and only needed to present her AP as proof.

I went to City Hall to get mine and all they wanted to see was my AP and my Driver's license. Remember, only AP holders get the funcard/giftcard.

to my knowledge if you already have a park hopper ticket anyone can get the giftcard?

Anyone who has park admission can get the Fun Card, it is not limited to AP holders.

This is completely not true.

Anyone who has a valid admission pass to the Park can get an alternate gift. This includes those with multi-day passes, not just AP holders.

This topic was brought up last year during the promotion, but I had a question about birthday's for this year. If I take my kids on their birthday's, do I need to bring a copy of their birth certificates for them to get the Birthday Button or do they just take my word?

Nope. Anyone can get a button even if it's not their bday.
