I know these questions must get old so I apologize in advance. OK I banked 110 of 2010 points into 2011. So WHEN must I use these point by? My UY is April. Do I have to use them by March 31, 2011 or by March 31, 2012?

your 2010 UY goes from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011.

you banked them into 2011 UY which ends on March 31, 2012.
