yet another 40% off code question

Okay...no flames here... PLEASE. But my mom received the 40% off code last night. She has traveled to Disney before with us but is not going on our next trip. Would Disney allow her to book a trip for us "as a gift" and use the code? Again, she would not actually be on the trip so I'm thinking that the answer is no but it's worth a shot right?

I know someone this happened to just recently (they leave in 2 weeks I think) the code came in her moms name, she just called and said she had this code and booked using it. I was very surprised she got away with it because they are pretty strict.

I personally wouldn't be able to lie like that even if it meant going to Disney, but hey I guess you have to do what you got to do in order to go. LOL
