I got the dwarfs this morning. I'm on the phone with MS now because I couldn't book on line.

Took me a little bit. I was able to bank my points at 8am but couldn't complete the reservation. It was about 8:30, and a few tries later, that I was able to book.

I unfortunately got screwed over by the issues this morning. I had a Boardwalk View room, had submitted my information, and clicked "Complete Reservation" then it just spun and spun until I got the Dwarves and then it was gone.

I had issues again this morning. Did others continue to have issued with delayed loading or processing?

No issues yesterday and the site seemed to work this morning but I didn't actively try to book today but I did book and update something yesterday.

My first attempt today to book it crashed and got the dwarves. A day or two ago I couldn’t even log in and got Rex. Disney IT is subpar. Disney really needs to spend some money and get a website that works. It’s not just the DVC site that has these issues.

I was doing a point transfer with members services and they couldn’t do it and ended up having to send in a manual request. They were blaming the new system update as causing the problem
