YES program tickets question

We are thinking about a trip next June, and are interested in attending one of the YES classes but I am a little confused for how long the tickets are good for. We are interested in the 8 day tickets, but will actually staying on property for 14 nights.

The website says good for "7 days prior to your arrival date and after your departure date", what exactly does that mean. Our tentative travel dates have us arriving on property June 16th and departing on June 29. Will we be able to spread the 8 days out over the length of our stay or will we have to use them the 1st 8 days?

Thanks

They are good during the 21 day window, meaning the week before, the week of, or the week after, HOWEVER, once you activate them, they are only good for 14 days from the activation date.

Does that make sense? Last year we got the 8 day water parks and more ones as well and we were there 14 days.

Thank you that makes perfect sense. I am glad to hear we will have the 14 day window, that is exactly what we were hoping for.

From what it says on my confirmation email, you cannot pick up tickets until your stated arrival date and the tickets are good until 7 days after your stated departure date. I arrive on 7/6 and the email states that my tickets are good from 7/6 until 7/23. I believe I put my departure date as 7/16. In our case, the tickets will be good for 18 days. Could be longer if your trip us longer. I believe I read that 30 days is the longest the tickets are good for.

Having a "note valid before" and/or a "not valid after" date printed on the tickets are absolute limits. However, the 14 day rule still applies, so the tickets will not be valid more than 14 days after first use even if the spread of dates printed on the ticket is more than 14 days.

Additionally, these tickets cannot be upgraded or modified in any way.

I stand corrected, as you are the ticket master;) I thought someone on another YES thread had said they used them over 20 days :confused3 I never stay longer than 10 days though...maybe one day.
