YES or NO to "Not-So-Scary"?????

We could use some advice! Has anyone attended this before??
We are traveling to WDW during "Not-So-Scary" and are trying to decide if it is something worth trying.
What rides are open this night? (just select ones or all the rides?). It is difficult to obtain details and therefore make a 'good' decision.
We just booked our resi today and are very excited!!

We were very happy we decided to go 2 years ago. 5 yr old niece had a great time. It was a long day though--we should have taken it much easier that day. She was exhausted by the end. The parade and fireworks definitely make the whole night worth it. She wanted to watch the parade both times.

We had a great time a this event last year. In my opinion it is worth it. We were there Oct. 15th to the 22nd. The crowds were minimal as the night we went was a weekday and it was far from a sell out. Most rides were a walkon and the characters were out in full force. There were a lot of villians, but they did not go out of there way to scare the kids. My son, 8, had a great time playing with the Big Bad Wolf before the parade. I would say it is a can't miss good time if you are going during that time of year.
