I'd love to try the dinner at 1900 Park Fare. How bad would it be with no little girls in the group, except the mom?!

I have an ADR at Narcoossee's but am wondering if it will be too adult for the boys. Thought about saving the extar table credit & going to 1900 instead.

C'mon tell it to me straight, would my boys hate me? I went to CRT for breakfast on our trip in 2007 & my YDS at the time, loved it. I figure, I'm doing a ton of stuff they want, why not book myself a princess meal?! Or should I just keep the Narcoossee's ressie?:rolleyes1

I agree with PP. The stepsisters will probably have a ball with them, so if they have the kind of temperment to go along with the fun, I'd go for it!

This is literally my DS4's favorite character meal. He LOVES Cinderella (guess he is a ladies' man at age 4!) and she seems to pay extra attention to him. The stepsisters and stepmother are hysterical to watch in action. Prince Charming is there so there is a "boy" character there if you count him.

The food is very kid friendly as well. I say try it. We have done Narcoossee's as well and while the food was miles above 1900, we would pick the character meal just for the character interaction and the ease of feeding DS off the buffet.

I have 3 boys and we always go to 1900PF. We all enjoy it, the characters are fun. There will be lots of boys there, in our experience.

My son LOVES it!! He got all kinds of attention from the step sisters!:lmao: They even had a little fun with DH. :rotfl2: I wouldn't think twice about taking the boys there. That's where my son had his first kiss, and it was from Cinderella!

We went to 1900 Park Fare on our honeymoon (so NO kids) and it was great. Hands down the best character interaction of our trip.

The food wasn't great, but I'll have no qualms about going back in a few years, even if I never get a girl.

We only have DS...no DD's yet...hopefully one day! princess: Anyway I wanted to try some place new so I made an ADR for 1900. I think DS will be fine, he is a ladies man so I'm sure he will be in all his glory! :lovestruc I am torn about CRT though. I know he would love to see the inside of the castle but after the reviews I heard on here about the food, I'm just not so sure...and I guess I feel that way more because he is a boy. I would probably be more inclined to go if we had a girl! :confused3

We have CRT with just boys but are thinking about 1099 because of all the good reviews

Try 1900 Park Fare. I have 3 boys and I think they would really enjoy it, we just haven't been able to fit it in our plans just yet. They like the movies Cinderella, Mary Poppins and Alice in Wonderland. I think it would be a really fun experience. My DS5 thinks the princesses are beautiful.

Have fun!

Go for it!! They will get tons of attention. We took our boys to CRT and they loved it and all the attention. Enjoy.

Maryann :happytv:

I think I may switch to it! It sounds like fun & I know my 2 youngest would love the female attention. Especially the youngest, hehe. He is a huge flirt! I already have the 1900 breakfast ADR, so I'll just add a dinner one as well!

Then I can save that extra table service credit as well. I would think nothing of going to Narcoossee's with the youngest but the other boys eat like birds, o I was really unsure of using that many table credits for a meal.

Let me know if you try Park Fare. I also have 3 boys.

Another mother of all boys, 1900 park faire is their favorite, both for breakfast and Dinner. The charaters are all great with kids and adults of all ages and sexes. The boys alwasy ask for this ADR.

*Personal note, a highlight for me last trip was Lady Tremaine sitting down next to me and chatting about the trials of raising children. Seemingly unhurried and charming.:goodvibes

Not that interaction is something I'd enjoy!!!

Can someone tell me 2 things, since I've only ever ate at Narcoossee's at the GF:
Where is the 1900 Park Fare restaurant?
& I had planned Narcoossee's to coincide with the Electric Water Pageant & the Wishes fireworks that night, where is a good place to watch these from GF besides the dock at Narcoossee's??

1900 PF is on the ground floor. Go in to the main lobby area and it's the first hallway to your left. The one with the big bunch of people hanging around with pagers, probably.

The water pageant would be easily viewable from the beach but we need somebody with more info (or Robo with a map) for the best fireworks viewing vantage points.

Am glad you are trying this meal. Even though it features Cindy, to me it is the least "princess-y" because you get the whole family - Stepmom, Stepsisters, and the Prince. They all stay wonderfully in character. Cindy can't do much but be sweet, but the other characters really get to enjoy themselves. Last year we went with DD18 and Prince Charming was very, um, attentive. DD also made Cindy blush, but that's a different story.

Good. I think we'll enjoy it. It is the only remotely princess-y thing booked for the whole week. They can give me this & will probably enjoy it themselves.

Maybe I'll pop over to the theme park board & ask that question. I'm sure Robo can tell me! :wizard:
