Thanx for posting pics of the line for Soarin, looks like you were quite entertained whilst you were waiting. Its good, because standing around for 50mins hopping from one foot to the other is not fun.

Could have been the fastapsses. The fastpass line has no games but honestly if I had to choose between games or a 15 minute wait......I'll go with the 15 any time.

Honestly I haven't looked at SM at all since it was going to be under contruction the whole time we were there. I really can't wait to start reading everybody else's trip report again so I can start planning for next year!

I would do it again and stand in line for an hr as long as the games are there. They REALLY make a huge difference!

I have a 10MP Canon Powershot, nothing fancy-shmancy, but it works. I know I can change the ISO up to 1600, but don't know what the F Number is....

Someone please step in if I'm wrong here, I'm still trying to learn this myself.

ISO basically makes your camera's sensor more sensitive to light. So the higher the ISO the brighter the picture in low light situations. HOWEVER the higher you set your ISO at, the more noise you will get which gives you that real grainy look. It's better to set your camera on something stable (tripod, trashcan, a curb) and set your shutter speed to be open longer.

The F number is the aperture on your camera. On your camera it may be a setting labeled (A) or (AV). Aperture is the amount of light the lens lets in to the senor. Try to think of the F numbers as inverted (upside down) fractions, the lower the number the more light it lets in making it a faster lens. The higher the number the less it lets in. Aperture is good to understand if you want to do low light pictures or you want better depth of field in your pictures (the subject is in focus but the background is blurry.)

Like I said, if anybody can explain it better or if I'm off a little, please chime in! I just woke up and haven't had my coffee yet.

I'm very impressed w/ your Sorin pics! See I too am afraid of heights and I didnt feel too secure in those seats so I was hanging on for dear life!!
