Yellow disney travel tags

Hello there. I originally booked our trip with a 6/25 arrival. We received our travel booklet with our yellow luggage tags and they say we have a 6/25 arrival. This past Monday I called and added a day to our trip and we are now arriving on 6/24. I received a new booklet but it did not have new yellow tags. I called Disney and they said that we could still use the old tags...to just mark the date out and write in the new date. My husband thinks I should call back and ask someone else to double check so we don't run into any issues. I think that Disney knows what they are talking about. Has anyone did this before and was it okay?

The information about your trip is in the bar code on the tags. You'll be fine using the tags you have.
