Yearly maintenance fees question

Hello!

We currently have 150 points at OKW - bought in 2000. Our yearly fees are approx. $660 - about $55 a month.

We're seriously considering an add on from timeshare store of 80 points to Vero - any ideas how much my yearly fees would become?

2010 Annual Dues for Vero Beach are $6.61 per point.

Vero Beach has a two tiered rate for annual dues. Some of the contracts are subsidized and those contracts would pay dues $5.18 per point and all of the later contracts at VB are $6.61 per point.

Vero Beach had to raise their rates due to hurricane damage, and they could change again in the future.

I would think it would be best to talk to a resale agent and get the figures from them direct.
