I have today off, it's pouring out. have to take my new car for service then tomorrow I work 9-5 and more rain so I'll be busy. I hate weekends, all i do is work

See, Monday dragged on, but the rest of the week flew.

We have a wedding to go to Sunday and its the first time my kids are going to one. Im a little nervous, but it should be an adventure. And I cant wait to see them all dressed up. The Mickey ties are ready.

It was my payday yesterday, so I have money to enjoy the weekend. Saturday we're going to the zoo, and Saturday night John Tesh is playing in our worship band for church.

Sunday is off in the morning (probably yard work) and I am singing Sunday night at church. Too bad John Tesh isn't playing with us all weekend, or I'd get to sing with him Sunday night.

Monday we find out if the union ratified the contract with Qwest. The union prez said the membership would be shooting themselves in the head if they didn't ratify, because the company is in such bad shape, but we heard Boulder already turned it down. Could be a long, nervous weekend.

Happy Friday! Today I'm going to paint one of my chairs. This weekend, I'll either be crafty (more chair painting, scrapbooking, doing the finances) or we might go to Biloxi... DH hasn't decided yet.

Today I finish the work week and tonight DD13 has a friend coming over. Saturday - lots of relaxing & reading my library books. Sunday - church & then more relaxing. I suppose I SHOULD spend some time cleaning, doing laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, working on the household budget, etc.....but relaxing sounds so much more....well.....relaxing!!
