Dh wants to wait until the baby is at least 3 before we go on a Disney trip. He thinks it'll be easier then. But I don't think I can wait that long!! I'm trying to convince him to go earlier. Any advice from those who have done it both ways?
In May, just before our son's second birthday, he will be going to WDW for the second time. (This doesn't count the trip to WDW where he...ahem..."began his existance"

) This trip will just be a couple days before the three of us get on the Magic for two weeks to head through the Panama canal and to California. We have taken trips to WDW about once every year and a half since we were married, and while touring with an 8 month old is a different experience than touring as a couple, it was still a great trip.
Here is how I would decide:
- If you take Disney trips on a regular basis, then go with your infant/toddler. It isn't your first trip, so you won't feel the need to "see everything", and it also won't be your last trip, so you don't have to worry about your baby "enjoying and remembering" the trip. (Also, until they are 3, they are free for most things, so the cost of your trip won't change much)
- If, on the other hand, you only take a Disney trip once every 5-10 years, then I would wait until your child is a bit older to make the most of the few times you can take the trip.
Remember, life doesn't stop just because you have a new member of the family. You should continue to enjoy life for the next few years, and not put all fun experinces on hold until some later date.
Edited to add:
On our first trip to WDW with him, we took some grandparents along. This gave us the opportunity to do a few things by ourselves, but looking back on it, I don't think it necessarily made the trip "easier". You have to deal with your baby on a daily basis anyway, dealing with them on a trip to WDW is not much more difficult.
