teri - no, matthew doesn't work here anymore. he did up until about may or so then the place he used to work at threatened to sue because he was doing the same job as before and he had signed one of those non-compete contract things. so he was let go from here and now works for a student loan company right down the road from my office!

Hello! Hope everyone had a good Thursday, it was really cold here. I finally went back to the dr. yesterday about my shoulder and since it's not healing they are sending me to physical therapy. Hopefully it will start to get beter sonn b/c it really hurts and is slowing me down at work.

good morning cheerleaders...

i just found out last night that my sister is going in for a biopsy on this lump she's had on her neck this morning at 10. we're all a little freaked out since we don't know what it is...and the lump is located near a major artery...one tiny slip and, well...it could result in a stroke or even death. my mom and brother are with her now...they'll call me to let me know what's going on as soon as they hear anything.

my mind is so not here at work today. she's only an hour away from me if i had to get to her...she's 24...she drives me insane, but i love her with everything i have. she has finally began warming up to matthew...they've not liked each other for years...she didn't like him because of the stuff from the past and he didn't like her because she didn't like him! she's just being an overprotective little sister...and now she's finally began to realize that he's not the monster that she thought he would be and that he really and truly loves me and isn't out to hurt me. it's been a rough year with her...

she's planning her wedding for next summer. it's this $10k extravaganza compared to either of my weddings!! she's spening more on one wedding than i did on 2!! oh well..it's her day...and she's always had expensive taste...

i'll keep you guys updated...

SSB- happy b-day to your DD....be very very careful please, I have fears/visions of a SSB-type tale of woe at the princess party...princesses tripping on his big feet, (or SSB tripping on his own feet) birds-smacking-heads, horses drinking beer, cars exploding, all that stuff.

I went to court this morning....no I was NOT bad....I am finally changing my last name to DH's and had to do it legally since I didn't do it upon our marriage
It was easy and quick while there, but now all the notifications.........aacck!

well, my sister made it through the procedure alright. she had to sit upright the entire time and they poked her 3 times before she became lightheaded and passed out. they stopped at that point. it was supposed to be done with the aid of an unltrasound, but that didn't happen for some reason. this lump is on her carotid artery and that's what was making the biopsy a risk. she'll get the results on monday...i feel much better now that her biopsy is done. there's a possibility that they may have to do it again if this sample wasn't enough.


ann - isn't changing your name a pain in the you know where? i still have to change my name on my social security card...


shellie - i hope that your shoulder is feeling better soon!!
