September 23rd-30th for a Mommy and Me trip.

So far we've got our flights for $283 (round trip after tax for both of us from the Seattle Area!), the Military 3 day hoppers for $200, and our hotel for a steal (thanks to a BW relative!)

Now just to figure out ferry/gas/food/souvenirs!

I haven't been to Disneyland since I was about 14. My daughter has never been. The magic has already started!

Now to find a ticker and create a countdown chain!

Congratulations! :cheer2:

You've got the big stuff out of the way, now you get to have fun planning out the details (well, gas might not be fun.....but food and souvenirs totally are!).

I hope you both have a great time!

We're from Victoria and will be in Disneyland same time as you, but flying out on the 22nd and returning on the 26th. Last year we flew Harbour Air out of Victoria which turns into Alaska Air in Seattle. This time we're going westjet from Vancouver, so getting up early toget the 7am ferry then bus to YVR. You might want to take the clipper over to Seattle. It's a short taxi ride to the seattle airport. There's not a lot to do on the clipper, though. Great job getting a good deal! Sounds like you're going for a steal!

Hey Rubygoose!
We're actually flying out of Bellingham, so we're taking BC Ferries and driving across the border.
We need some sort of Canadian DISBadge so we can say hi if we see each other!
I love Alaska/Horizon. They were only $10 more in price, but from Seattle. Right now taking the Clipper is a big pain because I have to take my DD Car seat, stroller, and our luggage. This way I can take and park my car and have a more relaxing start to my trip.

If you see a Chinese lady with a tall, thin white guy, a 2 year old boy (most likely wearing a donald duck hat) and a five year old girl, then that's us! My kids look nothing like me, so I stick out like a sore thumb in our family. Last year when we were in toon town, the family in front of us waiting to see Goofy, were all wearing Canucks Jerseys/t-shirts. Turns out they were from Nanaimo. I thought that was a great way to identify their kids if they got lost, and they all matched so you could see which parents the kids belong to. I might get my kids to wear their Canada day clothes, but they will probably want to wear Disney character clothes.
