How do you know, supposed to be girls? Also, how did you find out there are twins at one month? You can't even see anything at one month along. All you would know is your beta hcg is a lot higher than normal.

You can't. I'm assuming this is a teen snert (liar). You can't even safely do a CVS until 8 weeks along.
