I dont know why but i entered the room and (keep in mind i waited in queue of 90) and when i got in i found a room of a bunch oh people NO YAVN and NOTHING IN THE ROOM now i feel there must be some mistake maybe i was expecting a little too much but i thought there would be a little bit of items in the room does anyone know what i am talking about?

Yavn is never in his room. Whenever he goes to his room, there is a sudden flood of players that go in asking for Inferno/etc. The queue gets large, and it multiplies.

Yavn is generally in there for about a minute, but that doesn't stop the thousands of people from getting into the queue hoping they'd get a glimpse of him.



There is nothing going on in the room. You will get nothing from going into the room. It is just a waste of where you could be.

I have gone in his room a hundred times and he is never there.

I learned my lesson after about 3 wasted queues.

Here is my theory on why Yavn's room is open, especially on a weekend.
Someone teleported there from their own room. End of story. Some other player has acquired a teleporter to Yavn's room and for fun, goes to that room and starts everyone thinking Yavn is on vmk, when in actuality, he is not. You will rarely find Yavn on vmk on a weekend. He is most always on vmk early mornings and that has become SuperRare these days.
I agree with Pirate. Don't waste your time in a line to Yavn's room, unless there is a new room or furnishing being introduced that you really want to see. Even then, do you really care to see a room or piece of furnishing that will be available in the very near future? You can see the same items in the host rooms, too.

You are correct. I asked Ink about this today. Yavn is on Ink's friend list so when I see room open I yell into his room "is yavn on"? He never is. Ink told me there is a room that a kid has a teleport in. It is an empty everest room-which is the room that was open today. Yavn was not there. This kid uses port to teleport there. Since Yavn has room set so anyone can enter a frenzy starts and people think he is in there. They wait for ever to find an empty room with no Yavn

Feel free to send me a message in game if you see room open and if Ink is on I can ask him if yavn is really in the room. Hate to see people waste their time in a line for nothing.

Yavn is like never in the rooms. Even in the older days, he still was not in his rooms. I think I can remember once when I went into a room owned by him, and saw him in it. Once.

You can't get an answer from him if he's not in his room, either, so I just gave up to avoid the frustration.

You can't get an answer when he IS in his room. He's usually afk or bombarded by questions...
