Yavn Name evelution

That still doesn't make any sense. Why is is the name yavn banned? How are we supposed to talk about him if we can't use his name, or what if we have to call him? It's not like everyone has a "Y-signal" other than PixieBella, right?

The name yavn isn't banned. It's like every other name - you can use it if they are on your friends list, or in the room. After they made that change, people were calling him ya vn, when they wanted to talk about him, if he wasn't around. Now they have banned the word ya, because people were giving out "ya who" (Yahoo) addresses. You can still say yeah, or yea, or even yes, but not ya.

I always wondered if Yavn took his name from Yavin ( a planet in the star wars saga), or if it's just a strange coincidence. I think he would have spelled it correctly if he did though, so who knows?

It might not have been approved as Yavin, because that is the name of a place and giving out personal information is not allowed.
