Has anyone tried this website / company for airline price watch ?

They also state that if you've pre-purchased, that they'll alert you if you qualify for a refund.

I use Yapta all of the time. Most of the times it works and they will notify you if the price drops, but lately it's been a bit screwy for my Jetblue flights. Not sure if it's because of the new Jetblue changes. It shows the flight at one price, but when I click on it, it then shows a different price. It has alerted me a few times in which I called immediately and got a credit with Jetblue. Alot of it also depends on the airline. Not all offer a credit if the price drops for no fees. You can not use SW flight on it. It doesn't cost anything, so it's a nice backup system.

I have also had mixed results with Yapta. It has notified of price changes that I was able to call and get. But other times I have just been checking my reservations (which I do routinely) and have found price drops which it has not notified me of. There was one case in which I was notified of a change, I called immediately (had no computer access at the time, only blackberry where I got the notice) and was told there had been no price drop.

My take on it is that it certainly doesn't hurt to sign up with them, but it really isn't as good as it claims to be.
