I suggest Coconut Bay IT IS AWESOME!!!! Island Spa is my absolutely very favoritist scent, but it is closely followed by Coconut bay and Sun and Sand are tied for second. Do you see a theme here? I like summertime.

I did get 2 new scents today. Or at least they are new to me...
I got a med size cinnamon applesauce and I got a large jar of the lime green one pineapple something. That one I think they told me was a new scent. Love 'em both.

OMG the Cinnamon Applesauce is to die for. It's a Swirl Jar, only comes in a medium size for $19.99. That's $9.99 tomorrow on Friends & Family for all you savvy shoppers!

Yes as someone else mentioned, Coconut Bay is the only coconut scent we have right now. YUM. If you like tropical scents try Island Guava.

Chocolate Martini wasn't out that long, believe it or not it didn't go over very well. I did just see some in one of the outlets, check there if you have one near you. No plans to bring it back anytime soon. Don't you hate when we say that?

Off to bed, have to rest up for sale Day 2 tomorrow!

Spa Fresh isn't very lemony - but Island Spa is - are you sure you didn't pick up Island Spa?? Island Spa happens to be one of my favorites. Along with Macintosh, Granny Smith, Harvest, Sweet Strawberry, Autumn Wreath, Christmas Eve, Blueberry Scone, Greek Fig & Black Currant, Island Guava, Vanilla Lime, Roasted Coffee, Mandarin Cranberry, Cranberry Chutney, Cinnamon & Sugar, Rhubarb Plum...okay serisously I need to stop now....

OMG I just re-read what you typed & you DID get Island Spa....it's been a looooong day....

Ooops you're right. I got both - spa fresh and island spa, both new scents for me. I do love the Island spa!

Hi Tara

I made it out my door yesterday for the 1 1/2 hour trip to PA (Robinson Towne Center) for the F&F sale. The excitement built as I got closer . Ok, ok....calm down Julie!

Anyhow, just wanted to say that I certainly didn't come close the the $2000 that you say some spend, but I did buy just shy of $200. I got some of my all time favorites....French Vanilla, Beach Walk, Cinnamon Stick, Cranberry Manderine, and also tried the Key Lime Pie that you had mentioned (or someone else did). I got 6 large jars, 2 medium (Autumn Wreath), and 6 small jars. I also got a few accessories. I was kinda bummed that they didn't have the small jar Christmas scents. Between my two DSs, they have about 14 teachers and I am known for giving the small Yankee Candle jar as their Christmas gift.

I asked the girl if I could just get 6 of any scent and then exchange them closer to the holidays and although she was very nice about it, she didn't act like they would like for me to do that. What is your store's policy?

She did ask for my name and marked it off their list. I honestly can't thank you enough....it was a wonderful 1 1/2 trip although carrying all of the candles to the car by myself wasn't too fun. LOL!!! Have a great day and I hope you're "Sales" woman of the day/year!!!

Thank you Tara-went to South Hills store yesterday. Thought I'd act cool about the whole thing. Shopped, looked around, shopped, went to register thinking hope this goes well. Handed the flyer to woman, had your first and last name memorized, your store number memorized, and she asks my name, Ok, she says yes, you're on the list. 6 large jars for $69. So Happy! Now, I can't get your last name and store number out of my head. LOL

Candy Apple is a new favorite.

Tara, Thank you so much for this. I went yesterday to the Deptford Mall store and bought 12 medium jar candles and 3 regular tumbler candles for only $150 including tax...full price w/ tax would have been $331!!! The employees were super nice and kept talking about how wonderful of a sale this is. I am actually going back today, I am stocking up on Christmas presents for family and teachers...Thank you again..this was so generous of you.

Found some new favorite scents...Pomegranate Cider..YUMMO!! also Harvest Fruits and Macintosh Spice
Also got some old fav's..cran mandarine, vanilla lime, spiced pumpkin, spiced pear

How do you get the best deal? Usually I wait for a buy one get one half off sale or one of those 15 off a 45 purchase coupon, but I was wondering if there is a better way.


Did they recently have a price increase? I do not remember them being 24.99 for a large jar!

Home Interior candles!! They smell just like they do in the jar!!!! My living room is on the larger size and I can light one of the smaller ones and it smells the whole house up!

I love Yankee Candle and was in just last week and bought 2 candles with a coupon. Thank you so much for sharing this information Tara. It is very kind of you.

I just called our store and spoke to an employee. She told me that typically they like for you to know someone at their store and they are allowed in invite 5 people. She went to offer to put me on her list and she is working tomorrow as well so I am super excited!

Just got back from the store and have my 6 large jars. Thank you so much, Tara.

OMG, how did I miss this thread? I love the Lemon Lavender scent and am so afraid that they are going to get rid of it that I would have bought a bunch w/ the F&F sale. There's no way for me to get out there today so I guess I'll have to wait until the next one, any idea when that would be?
