Yankee Candle Bad Service! *Shopping List Added*

Ok sorry but I am a bit miffed

I phoned an order into the Yankee candle store in Florida (I wont say which one exaclty) early on this week for items I want to make sure are there for me to pick up. I spoke with a lovely girl who took the order and said to call back if there was anything else. Which I have done a few times lol, taking my order to excess of $300.

Now today I call to add something else, and I get this guy, how obnoxcious (sp) he was! telling me he couldnt understand a word I was saying and to speak ENGLISH!!! I tried to point out the fact I am English and he suddenly can understand me. He says theres no such order that he knows about!! and Im mighty miffed as I know there is as I have spoken to three different women and they all knew

Argh such bad service

So anyhow to continue the story I had to ring Yankee customer service, because the new scent stories I want are only available on line, and shes getting them delivered to the store for me so at least thats sorted.

But I hope he doesnt try to serve me in the store!!!
