but I'm having a hard time with them this time....my new agent...doesn't respond to e-mail like the rest of the agents (a 48 hour turn around on e-mail is not unusual for this agent..in the past agents were never more than 24 hours) and I cancelled a ressie 2 weeks ago and still have not been credited my CC....in the past it was 2 days tops....
Have they grown too much...or am I just being my impatient self?

Giving it until the end of the day to get straightened out...or I'm gonna be my own TA.

Boo'sMom, I gave another person the suggestion earlier today, that if they ever feel the need, to pm or email CathyCanada directly. I have seen Cathy post that thought several times in the past. Sometimes, things do slip through the cracks, but, by and large, DU is like Disney, they do what they do well.

As for the credit, that is Disney's fault, not Dreams. We never hold your money, we just forward it to Disney on your behalf and so any credits are handled directly by them.

I'm happy to address any concerns that you have and make sure that they are addressed!
