I saw some older posts, but wanted more recent info…
Does the Yak & Yeti Restaurant take Disney gift cards? Or only Landry’s gift cards?

Trying to determine gc needs!

I know they take Disney room charges which you can then pay with your Disney gc. Not sure if they do DGC directly, I would ask on the budget board. You could also them and ask as you can call the restaurant directly.
