Does anyone know when this resteraunt is going to open? If it is before Sept. I would be willing to re-arrange my ADRs to go. Anyone have a clue?

Found this on the Dis.. just says 2007.. when you call WDW dine, why not ask them if and when you can make an ADR for this restaurant..

I have a friend who works at the AK and the word among CMs is that November is the projected date. Of course this is not official, just from the mouth of an AK CM over dinner a couple of weeks ago.

While there this past week we did learn that the Y&Y is by the same people who brought us 'Rainforest Cafe'. Have not checked their site to see if details might be available.

Our waiter @ Rainforest also advised us that they will also be opening a new themed restaurant @ DTD called 'T-Rex', as you can guess it will be dinosaur themed.

yes, it's called the t-rex cafe. there's already one in Kansas City, KS. the DTD hasn't begun construction yet I don't believe. it's slotted for 2008. there have been links posted before (including by myself) that show the props and furniture being made for it.
