We will be going to Yak & Yeti Restaurant for the first time during our trip in December.
I have been reviewing the menu to get an idea of what to order.
I would love some recommendations from the experts out there!

The items that have caught my eye:
Appitizers:
Pot Stickers
Egg Rolls

Entrees:
Soy Herb glazed Rib eye - Is this available on the dining plan?
Korean Beef
Honey Crispy Chicken (wonder if I can get some spicy added to this for me :))
Chicken Lo Mein
Teriyaki Chicken

Desert:
Of Course the Cream Cheese Pineapple Won Tons :)

I have heard great things about the firecracker shrimp but hubby wont eat spicy :(

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

Of the appetizers you have listed my choice would be the pot stickers. However, we LOVE the ahi tuna nachos appetizer. Of the entrees, I have had the honey crispy chicken which was good but nothing special and the Korean BBQ ribs which were delicious. We also like the Chicken Tikka Masala entree. Honestly, we have enjoyed every meal we've ever had there and it is usually a must do for every trip.

AMEN! I have eaten a whole one by myself for an entree. Also agree with PP that it is a must do for us every trip as well.

FWIW, sign up to be a Landry's Select Club member - it's good at a multitude of restaurants and for your birthday month they give you $25 off!

When I was there, the firecracker shrimp was disappointing. However, all the other food was amazing! I am obsessed with the seafood curry. DS loved the potstickers - they really were perfectly cooked. We went twice during our trip and loved it both times.

I dined there last year, explaining to the waitress I had been waiting for return of beef lo mein at Yak & Yeti local cafe, but as it hadn't I booked for some lo mein at the restaurant. She said the chef would make me beef lo mein, even though it's not on the menu, he did and it was really delicious. I'm going back again next month for some more hopefully.

When I was there in January, the table next to us got some sort of huge salad that looked amazing. I’d never thought of ordering salad there, but man it looked so good

Does anyone know what I’m talking about and have you ordered it? It was a huge plate.

My husband and I love the crispy honey chicken. And I'll go against the grain. The wonton dessert is meh.But the pineapple upside down cake is divine!

My kids devoured the wok-fried green beans, but the little bit I had was tasty. They shared the combination lo mein and inhaled that, too. DH and I enjoyed the seafood curry and dim sum basket.

I'll be in WDW my birthday month and will be stopping in on one of our AK visits (I have two mornings and an evening outlined). I have the Landry's card for $25 towards food and no ADR requirement. We'll be visiting other spots in AK for food and beverage, for variety. Saying that, the green beans and tuna nachos are on my short list!

Steak and shrimp are amazing, love the Hawaii mashed potatoes! Love the won ton dessert, and often go another time for the mango pie!!

Definitely the pot stickers. And of your entrees, my DDs always get the honey chicken. I get the shrimp lo mein or the kobe burger....yum! Best burger ever!! We love Y&Y!!!

I loved the steak and shrimp also. One of the best meals all week. Egg rolls were good too.

That's what we did. Had 2 apps for $25 and 2 DDP entrées for lunch between the 4 of us. It was great to enjoy some apps since we just had regular DDP which doesn't come with apps.

Green bean appetizer is good.
Steak & shrimp are excellent. Duck entree also very good.
Cream Cheese Pineapple Won Tons dessert is the best :thumbsup2
