Yak & Yeti has a sit down restaurant and also a counter service. We ate there in September (DH wanted to try it...I don't normally like this type of food). It was the second best meal of our trip--absolutely loved it. Here is the link to my review (including pictures):

Yak n Yeti is TS, the Anandapur Local Cafe is CS. The CS offers a limited menu of some of the items served at the TS.

Any good is a matter of opinion. Many dissers love it. We do not. We have eaten at both (TW twice and CS once) and consider both to be mediocre chain Chinese food. The green beans everyone raves about are much better at PF Changs or TGI Fridays. It's a good value on the dining plan, OOP it's fairly expensive. Portions are huge, if we ever went again, we would split an entree.

Given the lack of dining options at AK, it is more attractive than it might be at another location. We didn't hate it but we do not feel we have to go back either.
