Yak & Yeti Restaurant or Flame Tree BBQ for lunch?

We love Y&Y, but to save time ( if that's the issue ), we have often eaten at their quick service right next door to the main restaurant. I will say that depending on the time of year you are going, the lines at the QS can be long. In the heat, that is a must-do NOT for us. I love Flame Tree's watermelon salad, but I was so besieged by birds the last time we ate there, I think I'll make my own watermelon salad from now on.
