Yak & Yeti / Landry's gift card ?

Hi. I know I've seen posts that said you could use a Landry's gift card at Yak & Yeti. We have one that we need to use by December this year, so we made an ADR for our Aug/Sept trip for lunch there. Last night, I saw that Yak & Yeti has an attached counter service location. Are the gift cards good at the counter service as well as the table service? Thanks!

I know I can not use my RC Safari card at Yak & Yeti.

To follow up: I checked at the counter service location while we were there last week and they do not take a Landry's gift card for payment. Only at the Table Service location.
