Hi all ! We are planning a day at AK and was wondering about dinner here. How is the food? Is it a sit down or just counter serve? Thanks in advance!

They have both QS and TS for Yak and Yeti. We ate at the TS last time we went and very much enjoyed it. The portions are a good size (at least what we ordered) so we had leftovers that we brought back to our room and had for breakfast the next day! (Nothing like leftover chinese). I have not eaten at the QS, but I also hear it is good. If you are a Landry's member, I believe you get priority seating at all their restaurants (Yak & Yeti, T-rex, Rainforest Cafe).

Love it! Ate there the past two years and everyone in my group really enjoyed their food. Service is top notch too.

I have eaten at both and always enjoy it and eating at both again this December. The noodles items at the TS restaurant are delicious. At the QS I order two sides - chicken fried rice and spring rolls, which add up to a full meal. They've started to sell more American fare i.e. burger and hotdog, alongside the Asian food options so it can cater for differing tastes within one group of diners.

We really like Yak & Yeti. My husband is obsessed with the tikka masala, so it's a must-do every trip.

The decor and vibe are very much like the other Landry's restaurants - Rainforest and T-Rex - but with an Asian flair. The same is true of the menu. Portions are very large and it's great for kids. If you have a Landry's Select card, you will get seated quickly.

I had the tikka last year and it was delicious. The spices in it taste so fresh.

This year, I ordered the Kobe burger, and it was fantastic. Best thing I ate the whole trip and we had some great meals. I ordered it with smoked gouda and the shiitake mushroom and scallion topping. To die for! My mouth is watering at the memory.

We like both. The portions are massive at the TS location. They are fairly large at the QS as well, we usually get two orange chicken to share between the 3 of us.

The table service Yak and Yeti is on our "must do" list at AK every trip. Good food. Get yourself a Landry's Select card ($25 cost refunded as a $25 credit) to score priority seating (i.e., no need to make an ADR) and a $25 birthday bonus good the month of your birthday. Yes, they allow you to double dip: the initial $25 plus your $25 birthday credit on your first visit, assuming it's during your birthday month.

I'll chime in as well with a thumb's up...we tried TS for first time last year and enjoyed it. Going back next month.

We love Yak and Yeti! I've been to WDW twice and eaten there both times! The fried green beans are yummy as is the Chicken Tikka Masala!!!!

Have done both TS and QS. Loved the tuna nachos at the TS. Service was great too. I also recommend the Landry's Select Club.

TS lunch at Yak & Yeti was a fave! It tasted like real food, instead of a lot of the Disney food that you pretend is good but really isn’t. Everything we ordered was good! Agree about recommendation above to get tuna nachos! Service was excellent and it was a great mid-day break!

It's one of the best moderately priced restaurants, with the added benefit of having a larger menu compared to many of the Disney-owned venues. The Kobe burger, tuna nachos and fried green beans are favorites. Come to think of it, everything I've had has been pretty good. Now I'm kinda bummed that I didn't go there on my last trip! Next time for sure.

I would eat at a Yak & Yeti outside of WDW if Landry's decided to expand the brand. The food is better than some of their other concepts.

We did not like the QS at all, but the TS has become a MUST for us on at least one of our AK days. I love the fried green beans!!!!!

Loved the steak and shrimp there for lunch. Headed back next month. I think ill try the tiki masala after all the rave reviews.
