Yachtsman Steakhouse Potatoes

Does anyone know where to get the recipe for the mashed potatoes at YSH? They were different, but soooo good. Ive searched a bunch of places, but I havent had any luck.

I checked my WDW cookbooks and it doesn't appear in any of them. I'll see if I can find the most recent one DH got for me and if it's there I'll post it. I didn't see it where it belongs on my shelf...
