Why didn't you take it up with the manager or Guest Relations while you were there? Those complaints are taken more seriously.

I agree with Mermaid_Ariel that these things are best addressed in person when they happen. It gives WDW a chance to make it right at that time and also helps assure that other guests don't have the same poor experience.

But its too late for that now, so your next best option is to write to the Yachtsman GM. The following address will get it there:

All of the service staff reports to him and his management staff. You need to provide as many details as you can, date you were there, time of your reservation, who your server was.

I had a terrible experience at the Yachtman's...talked to the manager...the service was so so bad...

Maybe because it was our anniversary and memories of having a long wait for a manager and then a lengthy discussion with the afore mentioned manager were not what we had in mind as a great way to spend our time. I also personally believe that a well written letter can have a much greater impact then a spur of the moment confrontation.
