Although I have not stayed at the Yacht Club myself I do this it is a wonderful resort. We are staying at the villas at the Beach Club in April It is a wonderful area to stay in

It's fantastic and amongst the best.

Our two favourite points are:-

1) Beaches and Cream Restaurant (try it if you want to know why!).

2) Disney Boats take you from outside your resort to MGM Studios and Epcot (although you can walk it in around 10 minutes).

Spent two weeks there a few years ago.lovely place with the boardwalk.As said,a short walk takes you to to the 'back door' at Epcot,a great asset after the crowds mostly leave by the front after the fireworks or you can get the boat there or to MGM.
There's a very good themed pool area as well as a great ice cream parlour.Inside the hotel there are polished wood floors and model ships,exactly what you would expect fron Disney.

I cannot recommend the Yacht Club enough - it is a luxurious resort with a great pool in a fabarooney location with a wonderful Disney feel. I prefer the YC over the BC because the lobby is a little less manic and quieter.

It's a wonderful hotel, it has definately the best resort pool of all the Disney hotels. Food is excellent in the hotel and you have a HOST of dining options within a short walk. Don't forget to checkout the dining options at the Swan and Dolphin hotels, these are often overlooked and there are some top notch places there.
