Yacht Club Room Renovations

I am booked at the Yacht Club garden view room (requested ground floor room close to lobby/elevator) end of August/first two days of Sept. 2017) Do you think I will get a renovated room by then. Are they doing the top floors first? We stayed last July in a non-renovated room so a new room would change it up. TIA

I am at the YC right now. Yes, they started with the 5th floor first & are working their way down. I haven't been tracking how long it seems to be taking them to complete each floor. But I have seen workmen on the 3rd floor baconies this week. It would seem they may actually be working on the 1st or 2nd floor in August. They are completely gutting each room so I am sure it takes several months per floor.
