I'm doing a rough draft of my dining reviews from my recent trip and I remembered a question I came up with at my breakfast at YCG.
Does anyone know the recipe for the potatoes at the breakfast buffet at YCG? They had a crunchy coating on them, but we couldnt place what it was. Any ideas?
