Yacht Club Concierge Lounge question...

When we stayed at the YC, we went to the concierge lounge. The host - the person who actually attended to the guests inside the lounge - was great. I want to write a letter commending him. I can't remember his name, but I'll know it if I hear it.

Does anyone remember his name?

(I know there is more than one, but every day we went, he was there from the afternoon to evening shift.)

BTW, he was an exceptionally great CM.
