Ok this is the email I got from the concierge desk today.

Mrs. Redles,

The Concierge floor is being renovated now and will be finished LONG before you arrive. The rest of the resort is due for renovation as well but we do not have those specifics yet. It should not interfere with your vacation.

Now my vacation is August 23 - Sept 2 I hope this helps out.

Aaaaack! I hope they are not going to interfere with the "light, airy" feel of the YC. That's one of the best things about it!
