My babies would have dismantled that nursery in seconds. The farbic so beautifully draped behind the bed? Down. The fairy swinging? Down. The pole near the crib? Down in the crib. Lovely, and I aimed for lovely in the first nursery. Boy, I learned how easily babies can peel wallpaper if the crib is next to a wall. And don't even get me started on bolting the furniture to the wall....

and just by not revealing that doesn't mean that she'd loose her license.

Nick/Adam/Victor: Adam is alive! (Oh what a shock! ) Victor meets a woman named Maggie (Sean Young's character) who helps him with Nick's escape from jail.

Mac/Cane/Lily: Cane is working by himself in order to save Lily. Lily doesnt want to harm her kids (You mean to tell me this crap is still going on this summer? Dear Lord)

Jill/Foster family: Snapper (David Hasselhoff's character) heads back to Genoa City. There will be illness and paternity secrets. Jill will finally found out who she really is and who she is related too in Genoa City.

Jill/Tucker/Ashley/Neil: A love triangle is coming as Ashley and Tucker grow closer. Jill inserts herself in their relationship.

Abby: Abby gets desperate with wanting to make her reality show, so she decides to make a sex tape. Who does she make it with? A man who is just getting over his woman leaving (Daniel obviously, thats just nasty)

This nuAbby role, with all this reality tv crap and $85,000.00 necklaces is realllllly dumb and a real stretch from the old Abby. She has become an annoying brat and scenes no one is going to watch.

Jana and this new role as a robot ... annoying as well.

Lauren screaming at Crimson Lights, having meltdowns about Ryder and Daisy and Sarah and then going to see him in the jail ... annoying.

Victor messing up his lines today ...

All in all this was one annoying episode.

•Billy and Victoria learn more about each other during breakfast. They view their wedding video which was emailed to Billy by the couple whose wedding they accidentally crashed. They talk about deleting the video but never get around to doing so after Billy burns his hand•Paul teams with Victor and Nick, they question Hightower's sister in law and his son about his disappearance. His son recognizes Adam's picture and says he saved his dad's life. Later, Paul tells Nick, Victor, Phyllis and Sharon that Hightower had leukemia and needed a bone marrow transplant. Adam donated his bone marrow!!•Over the phone, Daniel and Amber decide their marriage is over for good and go ahead with divorce proceedings. Meanwhile, Kevin finds Jana visiting Ryder in jail she feels she can relate to Ryder. Kevin looks disappointed that Jana is feeling for Ryder but has no feelings for him•Abby is continuing her reality show idea and goes to Billy asking for his help, she wants him to use his magazine to help her but he refuses saying he has no interest in her wanting 15 mins of fame or Ashley killing him. When Billy has to run an errand for Delia, Abby uses his laptop and finds the wedding video! She is upto no good!

Next - Nick wonders if Hightower had Adam's DNA; Victoria and Mac continue to clash

We were all correct in the assumption that he did donate something of his to that guy....know to find him.

As I recall, MM (Adam) was hired to replace the other Adam (Chris ?) and was told it was just for one year. Then the character would be killed off or at the least, off the show in some form. Remember, Adam is EVIL.

Then as MM protrayed Adam, he became very likeable as an actor. He really is an awesome actor as well as person. I did follow him for a while on Tweeter but I just do not keep up with it. But you could not help realllllly liking Adam if you knew MM.

Well, the deal is sealed, Adam is to be killed off BUT what does Y&R do with an actor that everyone ultimately LIKES!!!!

You kill the actor off OR make it look that way AND then you/(Y&R) struggle to figure out how to keep him.

Television's only all-soaps channel, SOAPnet, will go dark in the months ahead. The Walt Disney Company announced that the channel will be shuttered and turned into a channel for preschool-aged children. The company assures fans that it remains committed to its daytime lineup.


The announcement will surely send soap fans into a panic. The Walt Disney Company announced today that it has decided to pull the plug on its all-soaps cable channel, SOAPnet. It will be replaced by Disney Junior, a channel that caters to preschool children.


"SOAPnet was created in 2000 to give daytime viewers the ability to watch time-shifted soaps, before multi-platform viewing and DVRs were part of our vocabulary," Disney Media Networks President Anne Sweeney said in a statement. "But today, as technology and our businesses evolve, it makes more sense to align this distribution with a preschool channel that builds on the core strengths of our company."


Still, soap fans are understandably nervous.


"They shouldn't be worried," Brian Frons, President, Daytime, Disney-ABC Television Group, told Soap Opera Digest. "We've known about this for a while internally and that hasn't stopped us from moving All My Children to the West Coast, to giving One Life to Live a bigger stage, to continuing to commit to big events for these shows. So, the commitment to the shows, the commitment to making them the best they can be, is still the same." [To read Frons' entire statement to the magazine, click here.]


The timing of the announcement to scrap SOAPnet comes just a few weeks after Disney-ABC Television Group announced that SOAPnet had increased its channel viewership to more than 75 million viewers.


SOAPnet is currently seeking to secure long-term advertising for SOAPnet, according to the New York Times. In an interesting twist, Disney Junior will not feature advertising. The channel will be supported through fees that Disney is paid by cable companies to carry its television channels.


With daytime ratings for soaps on the decline, SOAPnet has widely been seen as a way for soaps to expand their audiences -- and generate additional revenue. Last year, ABC announced that it would air episodes of its three soaps online at ABC.com.


SOAPnet current airs same-day repeats of ABC's three daytime dramas -- All My Children, General Hospital, and One Life to Live -- and the Sony-distributed soaps, Days of our Lives and The Young and the Restless.


In a statement, Disney/ABC states that it remains committed to its daytime lineup.


A spokesperson for SOAPnet was not immediately available for comment


SOAPnet will remain on the air through January 2012.

I love Soapnet. The first time I knew it existed, DD and I were at WDW for the first time, we were MK all day and I missed my soaps. We came back and DD took a bath and fell asleep early and I was flipping through channels and came across Soapnet.
I now have it with my cable.
