The look alikes are almost done, and more eye candy is on the way!
Emmy-winning actor Jeff Branson (ex-Jonathan Lavery, All My Children; ex-Shayne Lewis, Guiding Light) will join the cast of The Young and the Restless next month.
Branson joined the cast of All My Children in 2004, playing the troubled Jonathan Lavery. He remained with the show for four years, picking up an Outstanding Supporting Actor nomination in 2005. In December 2008, Branson signed on to appear as Shayne Lewis on Guiding Light. He remained with the series through its finale in September 2009. Last year, Branson earned a Daytime Emmy win in the Outstanding Supporting Actor category.
Upon winning his Daytime Emmy in August 2009, Branson declined to comment on his future job prospects. After admitting to being a little superstitious, Branson said only that he'd be moving from New York to Los Angeles, and refused to rule out working on a soap in the future.
On The Young and the Restless, Branson will be reunited with several familiar faces from his previous stops in daytime. Branson worked previously with Eden Riegel (Heather Stevens), Stacy Haiduk (Patty Williams/Emily Peterson), Billy J. Miller (Billy Abbott), and Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe Mitchell) on All My Children, where Hendrickson played Branson's former on-screen love interest. During his time on Guiding Light, Branson worked with John Driscoll (Chance Chancellor) and Marcy Rylan (Abby Carlton)
Exactly what role Branson will be playing on The Young and the Restless has not yet been revealed. It is known, however, that the role is a contract role. Branson first reports to the Y&R set in late-May.
"Jeff will be playing in what I believe will be a real breakout role for him over the summer," Y&R's co-head writer Maria Arena Bell told TVGuide Canada's Nelson Branco. "It's a small-term story arc. I want to keep the story specifics under wraps because [it's a doozy].

So if there going to bring all these actors over from Guiding light onto this soap, and ATWT....than why the heck end ATWT and Guiding light....heck 
if they weren't making those soaps work what do they think they will spreading them out. 
just seems funny to see this soap being filled up with the other soaps actors.
Its about time that Jack figured it out....Glad that patty didn't try to kill off Michael...and that Sarah is a chicken and didn't do what she set out to do with Phyllis. Will be interesting to see how Jack and Emily get along once she gets out. Will she forgive him for not realizing sooner like Michael did with Lauren????? Stay tooned!
I hope Ryder gets off and gets some help like Kevin did....and Sarah and Daisy get sent down the river. Although Daisy is mentally sick and scary. I found it strange that she the evil one was not up to killing anyone....and was sad about the though of it till Mama Bear brainwashed her again.

sarah did try to kill phyllis and patty was about to kill michael.
it all fell apart over at phyllis' when daniel called and said he was going to come over so ssarah sent daisy over to keep him away and had to "deal with this" herself. she got in phyllis' face and was asked to leave, cut the power to the house and phone lines and tried to kill her but phyllis locked herself in the closet
michael then showed up (phyllis had called him right after lauren left ) and called jack to tell him his wife sucks at a dr as lauren is NOT ALRIGHT
patty/emily was with michael when he got the message and told patty that lauren attacked phyllis but left so patty thought she chickened out and decided to give up with michael and when home then called sarah's cell and left a message about her lying and trying to set her up

Daniel goes to see Amber at the Chancellor mansion, he explains that he was drugged and Amber believes him but says that is the least of their problems because she can't stop her desire to be a mom to her son. Amber asks for some time apart from Daniel
Patty attempts to hold her own as Jack confronts her for being Patty not Emily. She continues her act as Emily, Jack wants her to put him back on the approved list of visitors to see "Patty". Later, Jack adopts a cat
Kevin finds Jana, Lauren and Sarah. Kevin fights Sarah, she falls to the ground. Daisy aims the gun at Kevin and Jana but Ryder gets in the way and talks her out of it. Kevin wants Daisy and Ryder to leave and never come back or else... Later, Katherine and Murphy rush Kevin and Jana to the hospital, her health worsens
Phyllis comes to the realization that someone is else pretending to be Lauren, she uses her crutches and finds Michael, Lauren and Sarah. Lauren helps Michael realize who the real Lauren is, both her and Phyllis have guns but Michael asks that they let the police handle things. Lauren doesn't listen she starts shooting at Sarah!
Next- Michael asks Lauren to stop shooting; Chance and Owen get new information in Adam's murder investigation
