this is so stupid....2 crazies that have someone else's face hooking up to run havoc on the town and it's folk.

The only people blamed or that their even looking at the killed Adam(who of course is not dead I'm sure) are the Newman/Abbott clan, and the DA and Raff (what ever his name is)

Also with him so burned...how could they even tell it was murder? His body was burned beyond recognition....DUH!

We know that Adam had been planning this for some time. He must have given that man in the diner his Liver or Kidney...that is how they were able to identify him as Adam....but of course we know that Adam is lurking some here waiting for the chips to fall.

how much ya wanna bet that the pen was not there in the first place and Adam went back later to plant it. This will continue to happen. Stuff will be showing up all over the place as he plays with all there heads. And not one will even consider Adam because he is dead...

So we really dont just have 2 loonies roaming around hiding...we have 3.

my vote is Emily/Patty killed Adam

Nope I'm convinced that Adam will be the new villain...the one that lives on and on like Sheila did. I dont think that the story line with Mama bear will continue she will get hers....Ryder will get off due to helping free Lauren and Whats her face....but Daisy will become a villain also ans escape leaving Lauren to again live in everyday fear of her coming back like her crazy mom Sheila did.

Saren will hook up with dead Adam and they will have babies who will come back in a year and a half to torment the citizens of Genoa City as sullen twenty somethings.

An Arrest is Made!

This week, Victoria is charged with Adam's murder after it is discovered that a pen she bought in Dubai is the murder weapon.

Victoria could easily clear her name if she would just reveal her alibi (Billy Abbott), but she's keeping mum about that because she doesn't want anyone to know she's been sleeping with him. That's not the only reason she's holding back though. "She's covering for someone else," teases Amelia Heinle.

After Owen and Chance go over the forensic evidence, they begin to realize that Victoria couldn't have been the one who killed Adam. Still, the police push forward with the case and a court hearing is scheduled to determine if Victoria should make bail.

Meanwhile, Jill publishes a story on the Restless Style website about Victoria's arrest, which infuriates her son (Billy).

As the court hearing begins, Billy shows up just in time to hear the DA objecting to Victoria being released on bail. Billy figures she's going to stand up and admit the truth about where she was the night Adam was murdered, but she doesn't say anything.

The judge denies bail, which prompts Billy to stand up and reveal the truth in front of the entire courtroom. Billy declares that Victoria couldn't have killed Adam because she was with him when he was murdered. Billy comes forward as Victoria's one and only alibi.

After Billy blurts out the truth, the courtroom goes crazy.

Victoria is furious. "She's really mad that Billy would interfere because she's got it under control and perfectly planned out," reveals Heinle. "What she's doing is the way she wants it to happen, but all of a sudden Billy butts in and she tries to get him to shut up. She then flat out calls him a liar in front of everybody. They remove him from the courtroom and Victoria says that it's absolutely not true."

After the hearing, Victoria is taken back to jail and JT stops by to visit her. He questions her about Billy's claim and asks if it's true. "Victoria can't even look at him, so he assumes it's the truth," sighs Heinle. "She hasn't been very faithful in her relationship with JT, so it's pretty much over between them."

Later, JT puts the pieces together and he realizes that Victoria is covering for someone. He knows she's not capable of murder and he also knows how loyal the Newmans are to one another. He assumes that Victoria is covering for her father.

After JT leaves, Billy shows up. He doesn't understand why Victoria would rather go to jail than tell the truth about where she really was when Adam was murdered.

After Billy questions her, Victoria unleashes all her fury on him.

"She really lets him have it," reveals Heinle. "She's so furious with him. She tells him that their affair meant nothing and he is not her family, husband or her friend. It was totally meaningless."

After Billy leaves, the Newmans gather in the interrogation room with Victoria. Michael shows up and presents the murder weapon. "Victoria is trying to get her family to leave so they won't discuss the details of the case," explains Heinle. "She knows what's going to happen when Michael shows everyone the pen."

After the murder weapon is presented, Nick stands and announces that the pen belongs to him. "Victoria gave it to Nick as a present when she came back from Dubai," says Heinle. "She knew that. That's who she was covering for in the first place. Now she knows Nick is going to say, 'Wait a minute. That's my pen,' and that's what ends up happening."

Victoria denies that the pen is Nick's, but eventually her story starts to fall apart and it becomes crystal clear who the pen really belongs to. Nick realizes that Victoria was covering for him and he's in shock.

Victoria pressures Nick to keep his mouth shut, but when the DA enters the room, Nick reveals that his sister was only covering for him. "Victoria knows Nick hated Adam," explains Hienle. "There's a chance he could have done this."

But is Nick really the killer or is he covering for someone else...? Stay tuned.

Patty/Emily "Miscarries" and Blames Phyllis!

Jack is suspicious when he discovers that his wife has a bun in the oven. The reason for his skepticism? "She hasn't been to a doctor to confirm her pregnancy," explains Peter Bergman.

"Emily" tells Jack that she doesn't need to visit a doctor because she's a doctor herself and she knows the signs of pregnancy, but that isn't good enough for Jack. Jack tells "Emily" he wants to set up an appointment to get confirmation, and she tells him she's already set one up for two weeks from then.

"Jack wants to know who the doctor is, and 'Emily' gives him this hard-to-pronounce name," laughs Bergman.

"Emily" tells Jack that she has to go see a patient, so Jack pays Phyllis a visit and he tells her that his wife is pregnant but she doesn't want to see a physician.

Phyllis suggests that Emily take a regular pregnancy test, and that's when Jack begins wondering if his wife could be faking her pregnancy. "He also admits that he isn't sure if he loves Emily anymore. She isn't the woman he thought he married. Phyllis reminds Jack that he rushed into the marriage before getting to know Emily."

After his conversation with Phyllis, Jack calls the office of the doctor Emily gave him, and it turns out that not only does Emily NOT have an appointment, but the doctor is a cardiologist. Jack is thrown for a loop.

Jack goes to see "Emily" and he announces that they're all set to see Phyllis's OB/GYN, which pisses "Emily" off. "She goes a little ballistic," reveals Stacy Haiduk. "Jack tells her that they're going to the doctor later. Case closed."

Jack exits and Patty immediately goes to confront Phyllis. "Patty tells Phyllis to stay away from Jack," explains Haiduk. If you recall, Patty doesn't like Phyllis because of the affair she had with Jack last year, which Patty knows about. Patty wants Phyllis to keep her distance, and she tells her such.

"Then, Phyllis tells Patty about the doubts Jack is having about marrying her," explains Haiduk. "Patty is really surprised by this. She snaps. She knows she has to do something to cover her tracks..."

Suddenly, Patty grabs Phyllis's chair and she starts crying, "My baby! Oh my God!" She uses the argument to make it look as if she's having a miscarriage, and then she returns home to give Jack the bad news.

"[When she gets back to the Abbott house], she tells Jack that she lost their baby and it's Phyllis's fault," reveals Bergman. She pretends to be devastated to get sympathy from Jack, but he begins to wonder if she was ever really pregnant in the first place. When Jack informs "Emily" of his suspicions, the wheels in her head begin to turn and she tries to figure out a way to make Jack believe her.

Jack tells her that he wants her to get examined by a doctor, which prompts Emily to leave the house. However, "she figures out a way to keep it at a level where nobody is angry with one another," explains Haiduk. "Patty will do anything she can [to keep this marriage intact], and you will see that. There's more crazy to come. It hasn't stopped yet."

Ahhh ... poor Pemily ... I bet she is so wishing Dr. Taylor was still alive to bribe!

ITA, blah, blah, blah ... :headache:

That actually sounds kind of cool! I mean at least it would be fun to see everything he does! (I'm an Adam fan...if only because I dislike Victor SO much lately)

And if the Twins aren't enough to tell you how bad the budget must be...could someone PLEASE donate some good wigs for Olivia and Lilly? (I just watched yesterdays Tivo'd episode) They are just horrible!!

It cracks me up that the only difference they could come up with for the Saren character is redder lipstick. This is just soooo bad!:confused3
