Y&R take 3 - SPOILERS inside

I remember the storyline of Noah and Eve consumating their relationship.

Here's what I found:

Eden and Noah took off together for the Abbott cabin at Twin Lakes to be alone and have sex for the first time, but they reconsidered and had left by the time both Sharon and Nick got there to stop them. Once again, Sharon & Nick fell back into the old attraction and had sex there themselves. Nick admitted to Phyllis what had happened and suggested they separate until he could decide who he really wanted. They arrived at home to find Eden and Noah having sex on their couch.

Ok, about yesterday, why was Lauren sooooooooooo angry. "Reign it in, lady"! She usually has something to say about any of Eden's screw up's but more like rubbing her back and telling her she messed up and they will get it all straightened up. I guess all the RATS are getting to her...her nerves are shot. "Now Lauren, take a breather, get to the salon and CUT YOUR HAIR". t.y.

•Esther catches JoJo trying to sell Katherine's expensive things, she kicks them out. Later, JoJo goes to the bar where she meets Tucker -- they've been working together! JoJo is a part of Tucker's plan!
•Billy wants to write a story on Sharon and Adam's marriage and Nick's reaction to it. He meets with Rafe to find out more about Adam, and learns Rafe and Adam were involved but Adam just used Rafe to cover up something he was hiding. Billy intends to find out what Adam has been hiding
•Nick and Phyllis question Adam about Dr. Taylor, Nick wants to use whatever Adam is hiding to kick him out of Newman for good! Adam says Dr. Taylor was drunk
•Sharon and Ashley learn about Dr. Taylor's accident. Sharon tells Ashley that Dr. Taylor is the one who delivered her baby. Phyllis arrives, and tells Sharon what Adam told her. Adam is caught in his lie, the doctor reveals the tests on Dr. Taylor show he was not drunk
Dr. Taylor is dead!

Next - Nick refuses to help Billy with his story; The DNA results are in; Sharon confronts Adam about what Phyllis told her

lots a talk on the show about sheila the last month or so.

I agree about Ryder and I bet he will be the one to turn them in coming clean because he cares about his brother and his family. You can tell he does not want to do what he is doing. But he is being threatened from both ends. His crazy sister and who ever mommy is.

I'm starting to feel sorry for him just like I had began to feel sorry for Kevin back when.

If Jame Stenbeck on ATWT can come back after being dead 1,000 times and this time being younger due to a plant than anything is possible

Neil's Bad News For The Abbotts

Neil and Katherine get an unwelcome surprise when they gather for their next stockholders meeting at Chancellor Industries. When Tucker arrives, he announces that he owns Cell Tron, the company they invested in - and also now owns CI, and therefore, Jabot. Because he refuses to sell back his Chancellor stock, the business maneuver seems to be set, and Kay is devastated.

After, Neil delivers the bad news to the Abbotts about yet another person taking over their family's company. Needless to say, they're livid, but Jack and Billy have very different ideas about how to get Jabot back. While Billy wants to publicly bring down Tucker in Restless Style, Jack suggests using a more subtle approach.

Later, Neil spends time with Ashley and Faith at the ranch, but they're interrupted by Victor's arrival. When Victor hears about what happened with Tucker, he accuses Neil of not doing everything he can to help Kay. Neil fires back and ends up getting into a heated argument with his one-time friend and boss.

Will Kay, Neil and the Abbotts be able to win back the company?

Sharon and Ashley Put The Pieces Together

After Ashley and Sharon discover that they were in the mental hospital at the same time and that Dr. Taylor delivered both of their babies, they realize that Adam, who was there with Ashley, has kept a lot of things from them. An upset Sharon questions her new husband about his decision to stay quiet.

"Sharon confronts him, asking, 'Why haven't you ever brought up the fact that you were there on the same night that my baby died and that you know Dr. Taylor?' " says Michael Muhney (Adam). "She can't believe that he'd keep something like that from her."

Phyllis and Nick are also suspicious of Adam, and Nick vows to expose whatever his brother is hiding. "There's certainly a lot of scrambling, where the walls are closing in and every move has to be very careful because there's a lot of risk for Adam now," sighs Muhney. "He now has so much to lose because of how much he's fallen for Sharon and how much he cares for Ashley's friendship. He's walking around with this guilt that the two women that have been the kindest to him and are the people he cares the most about are people who he's hurt deeply. But at the same time, he has to cover things up so everything doesn't fall apart. He's created this mess for himself - it's kind of like watching a train wreck."

Adam explains to Sharon that he didn't tell her about being at the hospital in order to spare her feelings. "You could say that he's self-serving by not bringing it up, but he's like, 'Why would I bring up something so traumatic? Why would we talk about that night?' He points out that Sharon never likes to talk about the night that her baby died, so he's certainly not going to bring it up. Besides, at that point in time, he and Sharon didn't even really know each other yet. He wasn't about to say to someone who was grieving, 'Oh, hey, we have someone in common. We both know Dr. Taylor.' "

Sharon makes him promise to keep no more secrets from her and Adam swears that he has come clean about everything. Still, she's unsettled by the turn of events. "Ashley and Sharon are both smart women," hints Muhney. "Things are going to get even more crazy for him."

Victor offers Billy a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Jana sees a whole new side of Ryder that could change everything.

•Mac has her ultrasound, Lily and Cane are present. They learn that Mac is pregnant with twins!
•Sharon confronts Nick about not leaving Adam alone, she's sick of Nick interferring in her life
•Phyllis learns Billy is doing a story on Adam and Sharon - she tells Billy about the accident and what Dr. Taylor said!
•Adam punches Nick, Nick punches Adam. Their fight is interrupted by Victor!
•Ashley and Sharon talk about Faith's birth. Sharon is shocked to learn Ashley had Faith at the same time, same place she gave birth!
•The DNA results are in, JoJo isn't Kay's daughter. JoJo reveals she knew all along and now they'll now why -- Katherine is shown devastated, Tucker now owns her company. When asked why he did this, Tucker reveals he is Katherine's son!!

Next - Sharon learns Adam delivered Faith; Jill finds out about Tucker; Nick and Adam face Victor's wrath!

ok - i'm confused.

i just watched tucker launch the bomb that he is the majority share holder of CI and now controls it.

but here's the thing. he said he was the one and only share holder of the company they bought shares in (couldnt' understand what he said and don't remember the name)

are these high profile, educated and extremely professional business people Kay has working for her really that bad at their job that with one phone call they couldn't find out the basic structure of a company some guy was pushing them to invest in????

i mean come on - really - tucker just came to town not even a month ago and he's not only convinced a self=proclaimed hard-nosed business women to back out of her verbal deals with her friends for investment opportunities but within a week of him taking 25% of her stock he's convinced her to invest in his company and apparently she nor neil or anyone else in that company looked into it even the slightest bit.

one phone call or even looking it up on the internet would have told them who owned the company and how many shareholders there were

Kay et al should be ashamed of themselves for not doing their due diligence in finding out information on a company they were were so interested in.

Sharon Confronts Adam

Sharon has a few questions for Adam this week after she comes to the realization that both she and Ashley were at the hospital the same night Dr. Taylor delivered their babies.

The walls are closing in on Adam and he begins to feel squeezed. When Sharon interrogates him about Dr. Taylor, Adam concocts a very believable argument for why he kept the information from her. Explains Michael Muhney, "He tells her, 'Why would I bring up anything from that traumatic night of your baby's death?'"

Not surprisingly, Sharon buys his explanation hook, like and sinker. She then asks him if he's keeping any other secrets from her. "Up until this point, Adam has only lied by omission," explains Muhney. "Now he's going to do anything he can to keep his relationship with Sharon. So he says 'no.' He swears he's not hiding anything else from her. he out-and-out lies to Sharon and it kills him, because he truly loves her. But Adam doesn't have a choice."

Later, Adam is relieved by a momentary reprieve when a gifts arrives from Lauren. "At that moment, Adam wipes his brow and goes, 'Whew!' Something bright and shiny comes into the room and distracts them," chuckles Muhney.

Does this mean Adam is home free? "Adam senses there isn't a clear ending to this topic," says Muhney. "There are little nuances from Sharon. He can tell this is by no means over. That's keeping his wheels turning about what he may have to do in the future. This isn't a tiny little deception. Adam would be drawn and quartered if the town were to find out what he did. Victor would get one leg. Nick would get the other leg. Sharon would get an arm. Ashley would get the other arm."

Still, Muhney insists that Adam's love for Sharon is real. "He can't lose her," insists the actor. "His love for Sharon is so real and so powerful. That's the motivating factor to try and fix things. Adam has the money to escape and run away, but he's staying in this whole mess for Sharon. He loves her that much."

Tucker is Katherine's son

Katherine's world spins into a frenzy this week courtesy of Tucker, who has taken the reins at Chancellor Industries -- and now he's claiming he's her son! Jeanne Cooper elaborates on the surprising development.

The week begins with Tucker telling a skeptical Katherine that she is his mother. Immediately, Katherine doesn't believe his claim because Tucker offers her nothing -- no identification, no wanting to be identified -- nothing. Katherine believes Tucker is a cold, cutthroat man and she doesn't even want to consider the idea of him being her long lost child.

Up to this point, Tucker has bought up all sorts of company stock and he's planning to take over Chancellor Industries. He believes he's just going to stroll in and wreck the empire that Katherine has worked so hard to build, but Katherine stops him with a resounding "NO WAY!"

In the midst of all this drama, Victor stops by and offers to help Katherine reign in Tucker. Jack, Nikki, Michael and Neil all make her the same offer. Explains Jeanne Cooper, "They all tell her, 'We are in this with you.' Katherine is ever so grateful. With all these friends behind her, she feels like she can overcome this challenge. Katherine has never been brought down before and she never will be. Not by Tucker."

Katherine puts traces out on Tucker because she believes there might be something in his past that can bring him down or reign him in. Later, she informs Cane of the latest development and lets him know he'll now be working for Tucker. Immediately, Cane wants to quit, but Katherine explains that she needs him to stay at Chancellor and wrangle information. "She expects him to be her eyes and ears on the inside," explains Cooper.

By week's end, Katherine begins to consider the possibility that Tucker may really be her long lost child. "There's the whole thing of his will to fight, his stubbornness. Like Kay, he's a survivor, and she recognizes that," explains Cooper.

However, son or no son, don't expect Katherine to sit back idly while Tucker makes a mess of her company. "What she's going to do is be a hard-nosed mother with a little boy who's stepped over the boundaries," says Cooper. "He manipulated her, and now she's going to manipulate him. Hang on. It's going to be a bumpy ride!"

Victor cuts them off & tells them he's back in control at Newman Enterprises.

Adam tells Sharon that Victor thinks their marriage was a big mistake.

Sharon says Adam is keeping things from her just like Jack did.

Adam tries to lie his way out of things.

Sharon asks Adam to swear there are no more secrets.

Tacky House

Nikki show up & tells Phyllis she'll have to find a way to get along with Victor because he's part of their family.

Nick & Phyllis agree it's time to set the hounds on Adam.

Phyllis & Nick talk about the impact of Victor's return.

Phyllis wants to move off of the ranch, but Nick says he can't do that right now .. he needs to keep an eye on Adam. He meant to say Sharon. Didn't this already happen. She was wishing Victor well before he left.

GCAC

JT swears he had no idea what Tucker was up to.

Katherine doesn't believe Tucker is her son & tells him she's going to see he's sent to prison.

Tucker says he's done nothing illegal.

Chancellor Estate

Nikki arrives and Jill & Murphy listen as Katherine tells Nikki what went down at the stockholders meeting.

Jill & Nikki have a private snark & Jill leaves.

Neil takes the blame for what happened. Idiot, Katherine has been playing with the big dogs for a while, why would he take the blame?

Victor tells Katherine WE will get control of Chancellor Industries back where it belongs.

Tucker and JT have words & JT walks out.

Jill says Tucker was just using her.

Later, JT is at Jimmy's Bar & he leaves a message for Victoria.
