I know! He's a good actor I guess, but the sex appeal is not there. Of course, he is sexier than Jill's new man (that will be fixed soon though!). I just wonder what TPTB are thinking when they cast these parts????? He also seems way too young.

I didn't watch those two shows that these new actors came from. Based on what I have seen, I like the actor that is playing Tucker but the Malcolm actor seems too young for the part.

I'm almost as sick as Phyllis about this "poor" Sharon story....I was hopeing that both of them (Sharon/Adam) would go down with the airplane and never come back!

In a bit of life-imitating-art, The Young and the Restless star Christel Khalil Hensley is expecting a baby — just like her character on the long-running CBS soap opera.

According to Soaps.com, the 22-year-old actress is due in April.

Baby-on-the-way will be the first child for Christel and husband Stephen Hensley, who were married in September 2008.

OMG.....OMG....it's Eddie Winslow!!!!

Sorry, that was mean, but I can't help but think that whem I see him! He's NO Malcolm! Not even remotely close!

Seeeee? Toldja!!! Me too! It’s like Eddie’s playing a joke on us, and Urkel is gonna pull him out of the time machine or something! .

the guy who played Malcolm is a regular in another show so he couldn't come back but you'd think they cast someone lighter.

no offence to his acting but even my hubby said he doesn't buy him as the lily's father because he's so dark and he only saw him for a minute.

lily is too light to be his kid (thinking of Drew's complection too and the first Malcolm vs drew and Neil)

Malcolm was previously played by Shemar Moore (4/20/70) who is currently shooting Criminal Minds (CBS) and doing a great job! I recall previous interviews when he said he ddnt want to do soaps anymore, maybe ddnt want to do soaps til he got other serious roles, something to that effect.

NuMalcolm (great phrasing HonnyDipp!) is Darius McCrary (5/1/76), previously of Family Matters (the show with super-nerd, Urkel). He’s only 6 years younger than Shemar Moore, but he’s only 11years older than Christel!! …and you guys are so right with the family resemblance issue, which makes me kinda sad, because they take so much care when casting a new Newman or Abbott family member. Then again, they were also sloppy with the Chance/Cane/PhillipIII age issue (I’m still confused!). The issue I have is that I just don’t think Darius fits in. He’s 33 and so could be a father, but I don’t know, he just seems too young…maybe I’m just closed minded and still see Eddie Winslow!!

I dont hv a problem with his being darker because I see that in my own family. Sometimes with family, when parents look very different, the resemblance is not apparent. I can tell you personally, if a classic Swede (very fair) marries a classic Italian (very dark), the children could look very different. Some of my siblings are very fair, some very dark, unless we are with the corresponding parent, few people will recognize that person as a parent. In my family, I’m the only blended person (Dad’s dark features, Mom’s eyes & hair). No one recognizes my Dad as my sister’s father, no one thinks my brother is related to my Mom. ...(sigh!)...lifetime of milkman jokes!!!

I sure hope Lily is not going to be anything like Victoria carrying around large purses and huge gigantic pieces of Christmas wrap (that was so ridiculous that she was doing that on the Christmas show) to hide her IRL pregnancy.

I truly think Y&R is cutting costs all over the place....and possibly this NuMalcolm came at a bargain rate.

BUT I will say I am sooooooooooooooo excited for STEPHEN NICHOLS aka Patch from DAYS to be coming on replacing the now Tucker McCall.

Some days it’s like there’s a colony growin’ under there! ...could someone just make an effort to hide it??

Jack and Emily decide to get married on Valentine's Day. Later, Emily pays Patty a visit and Patty informs her that she's the only person she can trust. "Patty has no clue about Jack and Emily," explains Stacy Haiduk. "She's in her own little world where everything is perfect and never in her life does she think that her doctor is going to be marrying the man of her dreams."

Emily comes to the conclusion that she needs to spend less time with Patty and she wants to get another doctor involved in the case. She loves Jack and she doesn't want any complications to develop with Patty.

Later, Patty is stunned when she reads about Jack's engagement to Emily on the Restless Style website (courtesy of Billy). "She doesn't take it very well," says Haiduk. "She's extremely upset and loses it. She feels betrayed. She just can't believe it."

Emily pays Patty a visit, unaware that she knows the truth. When Emily tells her that she's going to end their doctor/patient relationship, Patty plays along and doesn't let her know that she knows anything.

"Emily has no clue that Patty knows about [her and Jack]," shares Haiduk. "She's a really great actress. Look how long she managed to pull off being Mary Jane!"

Patty, still pretending to be clueless, asks Emily to continue being her doctor. "Patty can be very unpredictable -- especially when she's angry," teases Haiduk.

Been out of the loop for awhile. Can someone fill me in on the Faith/Sharon/Adam story?

Early 2009-- Adam is arrested for forging Victor's diary and framing him for murder, and while in jail is brutally beaten by another inmate, he tells his father that as Victor's son he is a target there. Victor finally agrees to get the charges dropped and have Adam freed if he agrees to certain terms. Released into Victor's custody and goes to live with Victor and Ashley, but he’s not grateful, he’s still bent on making Victor’s life miserable so tries to get to Victor thru Ashley.

Soon, a pregnant Ashley begins hearing a baby crying on the ranch, and begins finding objects seemingly left for her by Sabrina (Victor’s dead wife). The housekeeper Estella gets blamed and arrested for tormenting Ashley, but a vengeful Adam is secretly the one gaslighting her. He’s also injecting botox into his eyes to simulate blindness during medical exams which gives him a “a blind guy with a monitoring device couldnt do all of this” alibi. Nikki tries to tell them she is suspicious that Adam is involved, but Victor and Ashley dismiss her. Adam then dresses up like the late Sabrina to frighten Ashley, who tumbles down the stairs, is knocked unconscious, and miscarries her baby. Adam attempts to cover up the incident by placing a knocked-out Ashley in her bed and burning her bloody nightgown. When she wakes up screaming, Adam convinces her that she just had a bad dream. He then blackmails a doctor (one that he knew at Harvard) into telling Ashley that her baby is still alive, and this becomes the only doctor that Ashley will trust.
All this occurs while Adam continues to convince Ashley that she is going crazy, but also convinces her that he is her only friend, to the extent that she doesnt want to take any advice from anyone, not even her siblings. Meanwhile, a pregnant Sharon (Nick's baby from an encounter at the Abbott cabin), goes to a psychiatric facility to serve a jail sentence. Ashley and Victor are remarried in a small ceremony at the Newman Ranch. Ashley then asks Adam to be her baby's godfather and tells him that her name is to be Hope after his mother. A few things happen (too much to go into all at once), Colleen and Victor are shot, and Ashley really goes to the brink of insanity.

September-ish 2009--Finally, at the urging of her brother Jack, she agrees to check into a mental facility. It is the same facility where Sharon Newman is staying. Adam and the doctor go visiting when unknown to them, Sharon goes into preterm labor. At the same time, Ashley imagines that she is in labor too (remember, she miscarried). Adam drugs Ashley during her "labor". Sharon passes out after giving birth, and Adam manages to take the unconscious Sharon's baby and present it to Ashley as her own (Ashley's). Sharon is then told, by Ashley’s crooked doctor, that her daughter died due to severe birth defects. Later, Ashley changes her mind about naming the baby Hope, and decides to call her Faith, not realizing that this was the name Sharon and Nick were going to give their child.

I was brought back to when he was Eddie also....didn't like him back the at all. Loved Urkel however and the show...just not him.

Could note understand why they went with an older man that has no sex appeal at all for Tucker...why not a handsome wealthy distinguished man that is hot. Not this old shriveled up kinda fat out of shape man.

As the week begins, Chance is confused when Sid avoids taking his statement about the stabbing that took place several weeks ago. Later, he interrogates the EMT who took Riggs to the ER the night he escaped but the EMT claims to know nothing. Chance wants to know why there wasn't a police officer in the ambulance but the EMT has no answers. (In fact, the EMT doesn't even know if Riggs was cuffed in the ambulance that night.)

Riggs (the man who stabbed Chance) sends Chance a text saying he needs to meet with him because he's in major trouble. Chloe pleads with him not to go, but Chance thinks it's the only way to figure out what's really going on. Chance tells Chloe to stay where she's at while he rushes off, but Chloe treks along behind him without him knowing.

Chance and Riggs meet in an empty lot. When he first gets there, he's clueless as to what he'll find. He's armed and a little worried. Chance doesn't see Riggs at first, but he can hear him. Then, he sees Riggs on the ground -- beaten to a pulp. As Chance tries to call for help, the lights go out and he's knocked unconscious.

What happens next? Stay tuned!
